EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The Classical
Association of the Atlantic States is opening a search for its next
Executive Director, whose renewable term of three years will begin in
October, 2009. The Executive Director should be a trained classicist
who also has organizational and computer skillsF For a fuller

Classical Club announces THE PRESIDENT’S GRANT 2008-2009 The
President’s Grant is a new award program for those interested in
promoting Latin, Greek, and classical Mediterranean civilizations in
general. Awards are available for students, teachers, and
administrators at all academic levels. We also invite
applications from other members who, although they may not teach, are
otherwise involved in the promotion of Greek and Roman Classics in some
